Tank Cleaner Pro-Clean

Pro-Clean is a unique, effective liquid spray tank cleaner for metal and plastic spray systems. It will remove the dirt, pesticide or fertilizer residues, and oily deposits from the equipment.

Product Usage

• Dosage:
• 0.125% v/v for general purpose cleaning
• 0.25% v/v for decontamination and removal of residues of sulfonyl urea herbicides or hard-to-clean sticky substances.
• Cleaning steps:
• It is recommended to clean the tank right after spraying. Any contamination on the outside of the equipment should be removed by washing with clean water.
• Drain the spray tank completely then flush tank, boom and hoses with clean water. Drain again. Fill the tank with clean water and add Pro-Clean at the recommended rate. Flush through boom and hoses, then allow to stand for at least 15 minutes with agitation. Drain the tank completely.
• In the meantime, remove nozzles and filters to clean separately in a bucket with suitable rate of Pro-Clean and clean water.
• Finally rinse the entire system with clean water.
• Note: For the first time using Pro-Clean to clean the equipment with drying and hardening of pesticide residues, high dosage of Pro-Clean is suggested. Let the cleaning solution stand for 24hours and do the procedures as above.
