How to use this site

This website is a product showcase and technical resource platform. The steps below will help you get started quickly.

1. Switch language

Click the language name in the top-right corner. Six languages are available: English, Español, Português, Русский, 中文 and العربية. You will stay on the same page after switching.

2. Find a product

  1. Search directly — click the magnifier icon in the top-right corner, type a product name or CAS number, then press Enter.
  2. Browse by category — go to Products and click through the categories shown in the upper part of the page.
  3. See all products — on the Products page, scroll down to the full product list It shows 8 products per screen; use the arrows or the dots at the bottom to move between screens.

3. View product details

Click any product in the list to open its detail page. You will find the product description and applications, technical data, and packaging and storage information. At the bottom you can switch to the previous or next product; on the right side there is an inquiry form, so you can ask us directly after reading.

4. Ask the AI assistant

On the search results page there is an Ask AI button below the results. Click it and the AI will ask your question for you, then give an answer together with its sources. The AI only answers based on what is written on this website; if the answer is not on the site, it will tell you so and suggest contacting us.

5. Read technical materials

Go to Resources and browse by section: Technical articles, Application guides and FAQ. You can page through each list, and move to the previous or next article at the bottom of every page.

6. Read news

Go to News and click any item to read it. The previous and next links at the bottom let you keep reading.

7. Contact us

  1. Send an inquiry — the form is on product detail pages and on the Contact Us page. Name, email and message are required; company, phone, country and product of interest are optional. Tick "Request TDS/SDS" if you need documents, or "Request a sample" if you need a sample.
  2. Live chat — there is a chat button in the bottom-right corner. First-time visitors need to click Accept at the bottom of the page (cookie consent) before the button appears.

We reply within 24 hours to the email address you provide.

8. FAQ

  • Cannot find a product? Try searching by CAS number — it is usually more precise than a product name. You can also rephrase, or simply ask the AI assistant.
  • No chat button in the bottom-right corner? Click Accept at the bottom of the page first; the button will appear afterwards.
  • No reply after submitting an inquiry? We reply within 24 hours to the email you provided. Please also check your spam folder.
  • Can I place an order on this website? No. This site does not offer online transactions. For prices and commercial terms, please contact us via the inquiry form or WhatsApp.
