Custom Packaging: Packaging as Part of Product Value

Packaging is not an afterthought—it is part of the product’s value system. Whether it is a large bulk package or a small retail pack, we do our best to get it right, so that the product arrives safely and reaches your customers in perfect condition.

To make this happen, we keep a close eye on the following steps.

Large Packaging

For large packaging—such as 200 L drums and IBCs for liquids, or 25 kg drums and 25 kg bags for solids—we keep photographic records at every key stage: outbound from our warehouse, arrival at the forwarder’s warehouse, palletizing, and container loading. These records make later traceability possible.

Small Packaging

For small packaging—1 L, 5 L, 20 L, and even 5 ml sachets—we retain filling samples and, in the same way, keep photos of each stage. This gives us a complete record from filling to shipment.

When a small packaging project is new, we invest time upfront to discuss packaging style and material with the customer. We can print according to your label, and we can also provide label design support.

Order Communication

The business owner and logistics coordinator for each order communicate closely throughout the process, and keep the customer informed at each stage with progress updates and relevant photos.

Shipping and Compliance

Depending on the shipping method—sea freight, air freight, or international express—we work with reliable forwarders to ensure transport safety. All exports comply with national export regulations, and for dangerous goods we provide the dangerous goods packaging performance certificate.
