Shanghai, 29 October 2026 — Shanghai Profirst Co., Ltd. (PROFIRST) announced that its newly rebuilt corporate website will officially go live on 30 October 2026. The site is available in six languages — Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic and Portuguese — each with complete content rather than partial translation. The information architecture and search have been rebuilt around two goals: finding products faster and completing an inquiry more smoothly, with a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.

1. Key features

• Six complete language versions. Each language has its own URLs and full translations covering every content unit; the Arabic version follows right-to-left layout conventions.
• Three-level product structure. More than forty categories covering over 120 products, each with its own page and permanent link.
• Complete product pages. Specifications, descriptions, application notes and technical documents, with an inquiry form on the same page.
• Resource centre. Technical articles, application guides and frequently asked questions managed in one place.
• Solutions. Custom formulation, custom packaging, registration support and personalized service, with process and scope explained.
• On-site search and AI assistant. Customers can describe a need in plain language; results come with the source pages cited. When information is insufficient, the assistant routes to a human instead of guessing.
• Online inquiry. Entry points on the home page, every product page and the contact page; submissions go directly to the sales team.
• Live chat. A chat entry sits at the bottom right of every page, staffed during working hours and accepting messages outside them.

2. What has improved

1. All six languages are complete. Not just titles and navigation — specifications, technical articles and FAQs exist in every language.
2. Fully readable by search engines. Every page is pre-generated static HTML, so the full text is available on load. The previous product pages loaded body content via script, which search engines could barely index.
3. Product catalogue upgraded from "top category plus in-page anchor" to three-level categories with permanent URLs.
4. Search upgraded from keyword matching to semantic search, supported by the technical assistant.
5. All legacy links preserved. More than six thousand historical URLs redirect automatically, so saved links and bookmarks keep working.
6. Faster content updates. A management console lets the sales and technical teams maintain products, news and documents directly.

1. Address: www.profirst.cn — the same URL on desktop and mobile, no app required.
2. Language switch in the top-right corner; switching keeps you on the same page in the selected language.
3. Finding products: open Products, choose a top category, then a sub-category; click through to the product page for specifications and a quote request.
4. Search: use the search box at the top for product names, chemical names or application scenarios, or simply describe your requirement in one sentence.
5. Inquiry: click the inquiry button on a product page, or use the contact form, stating product, quantity and destination.
6. Live chat: click the icon at the bottom right to talk to our team; for a formal record, please also submit the inquiry form.
